1) Do you do catering?
No, but we do work in conjunction with a number of exceptional caterers.

2) Are you a temp service?
No, we are not a temp service either. While we try to accommodate emergencies, CSS is usually booked out weeks in advance.The positions that we back fill are Executive/Lead Chef, Sous Chef, and catering / gala support.

3) Recruiter's are expensive, why should I use you?
You're correct. Recruiters can be expensive. One reason for this is the cost of national web site postings and resume lists. Traditional recruiters maintain these resources in order to keep their pipeline full of candidates. I recruit only locally to my client. The vast majority of candidates that I present come from a network of industry contacts, not expensive advertising; thus I can afford to pass the savings along to you!
